One of the greatest treats of summer is eating sweet corn fresh out of the garden. The best way to prepare corn is to leave it in the husk and roast it in the toaster oven. First remove the silk and soak the corn in the husk in cold water. Next roast it in the toaster oven. After the sweet corn is roasted, take it out of the toaster oven using oven mitts. Peel off the husks.
Bi-colored sweet corn freshly roasted in a countertop toaster oven with a little butter and salt is the tastiest treat of the summer.
