small kitchen appliances

If you plan on moving into a sailboat you’ll need to downsize your possessions to fit your petite new home. The first thing you should do is to have a garage or yard sale to get ride of all your excess stuff. Make sure to get rid of any kitchen appliances that you don’t think will fit into your new tiny cookery.

Once you get rid of all your unneeded items invest in some high-quality small kitchen appliances. You’ll want to get items that can perform multiple jobs. And, make sure the products can take a little wear and tear. Things tend to get tossed around quite a bit inside a sailboat. So don’t buy anything breakable!

The Modern Toaster Oven

Thursday, October 02, 2008

311971.jpgWith the multiple settings now available, modern toaster ovens have become more versatile than conventional ovens. For example, toaster ovens with convection cooking capability use a small fan to circulate the heated air.

Convection cooking has been proven to be preferable to simple coil heating. All sides of the food cook at the same rate in a convection toaster oven which does away with the necessity of flipping the food while cooking.
